From single pieces to full crew runs, Oak View gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Oak View crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Oak View address in 5 to 7 business days.
Oak View covers 3.4 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mira Monte, CA (2 mi), Meiners Oaks, CA (4 mi), Ojai, CA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Naval Base Ventura County, roughly 15 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Oak View counted against your roster.
Because Mira Monte sits only 2 miles from Oak View, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Oak view customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Oak View customers, these three earn their keep.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Oak View customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Oak View addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Oak View crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
