Custom Design for Octa: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Octa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 58 spread over 0.3 square miles, Octa gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Milledgeville, OH (2 mi), Jeffersonville, OH (4 mi), Bowersville, OH (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Wright-Patterson AFB sits about 33 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Octa.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Ohio mixes Octa crews with neighbors like Milledgeville, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Octa customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Octa customers, these three earn their keep.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Octa customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Octa addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Octa crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
