From single pieces to full crew runs, Oso gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Oso, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 2.8 square miles of Oso sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lake Cavanaugh, WA (5 mi), Arlington Heights, WA (8 mi), Swede Heaven, WA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Station Everett sits about 25 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Oso.
Custom Design demand around Oso does not stop at the town line. Crews from Lake Cavanaugh (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Oso customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Oso customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

The table below is the actual price list Oso customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Oso addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Oso crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
