Custom Design in Paul, ID.

Custom designed from scratch gear for Paul businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Custom Design delivered to Paul

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Paul, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Paul is home to about 1,700 people across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Heyburn, ID (3 mi), Burley, ID (5 mi), Rupert, ID (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Mountain Home Air Force Base sits about 103 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Paul.

Custom Design demand around Paul does not stop at the town line. Crews from Heyburn (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Paul gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Paul customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Paul customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Paul customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Paul addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Paul crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Paul crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
