From single pieces to full crew runs, Perkins gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Perkins, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Perkins is home to about 3,300 people across 2.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Mehan, OK (7 mi), Ripley, OK (8 mi), Tryon, OK (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Tinker Air Force Base sits about 45 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Perkins counted against your roster.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Perkins crews with neighbors like Mehan, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Perkins customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Perkins customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Perkins customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Perkins addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
