Custom Design delivered to Plandome

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Plandome, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Plandome is home to about 1,500 people across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Plandome Heights, NY (0 mi), Plandome Manor, NY (0 mi), Munsey Park, NY (1 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is West Point, roughly 42 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Plandome counted against your roster.

Because Plandome Heights sits only 0 miles from Plandome, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Plandome gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Plandome customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Plandome customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Budget planning for Plandome customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Plandome addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Plandome crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
