Custom Design delivered to Point Clear

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Point Clear, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 4.6 square miles of Point Clear sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fairhope, AL (3 mi), Daphne, AL (10 mi), Magnolia Springs, AL (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Naval Air Station Pensacola sits about 43 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Point Clear.

Because Fairhope sits only 3 miles from Point Clear, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Point Clear gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Point clear customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Point Clear customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Point Clear addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your point clear crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
