Custom Design in Prue, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Prue gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Prue

Prue crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Prue address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 385 spread over 0.5 square miles, Prue gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Mule Barn, OK (3 mi), Oak Grove, OK (5 mi), Westport, OK (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Tinker Air Force Base, roughly 88 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Prue.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Prue crews with neighbors like Mule Barn, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Prue gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Prue customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Prue customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Prue addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Prue crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
