Custom Design delivered to Rachel

Rachel crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Rachel address in 5 to 7 business days.

Rachel covers 4.3 square miles of Nevada, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hiko, NV (32 mi), Alamo, NV (38 mi), Beatty, NV (69 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Creech Air Force Base sits about 74 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rachel.

Custom Design demand around Rachel does not stop at the town line. Crews from Hiko (32 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Rachel gets designed from scratch

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Rachel customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Rachel customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Rachel addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Rachel crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Rachel crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
