Custom Design in Reserve, LA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Reserve gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Reserve

Reserve crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Reserve address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Reserve to the other, 14.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Edgard, LA (3 mi), Laplace, LA (5 mi), Garyville, LA (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. NAS JRB New Orleans, around 36 miles from Reserve, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Reserve.

Because Edgard sits only 3 miles from Reserve, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Reserve gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Reserve customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Reserve customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Reserve customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Reserve addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Reserve crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Reserve crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
