Custom Design for Ricardo: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Ricardo crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Ricardo address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Ricardo to the other, 4.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Kingsville, TX (6 mi), Riviera, TX (9 mi), Bishop, TX (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Air Station Kingsville sits about 6 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ricardo.
Custom Design demand around Ricardo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Kingsville (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Ricardo customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ricardo customers, these three earn their keep.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for Ricardo customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Ricardo addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Ricardo crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
