Custom Design delivered to Robertson

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Robertson, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Robertson covers 3.1 square miles of Wyoming, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Fort Bridger, WY (10 mi), Urie, WY (10 mi), Lyman, WY (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Hill Air Force Base sits about 80 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Robertson.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Wyoming mixes Robertson crews with neighbors like Fort Bridger, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Robertson gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Robertson customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Robertson customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Robertson customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Robertson crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Robertson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
