From single pieces to full crew runs, Romeo gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Romeo crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Romeo address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 3,700 people spread over 2.1 square miles, Romeo gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Armada, MI (7 mi), Leonard, MI (8 mi), Almont, MI (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Selfridge Air National Guard Base sits about 16 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Romeo.
Custom Design demand around Romeo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Armada (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Romeo customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Romeo customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Romeo customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Romeo addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Romeo crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
