Custom Design in Roscommon, MI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Roscommon gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Roscommon

Roscommon crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Roscommon address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 989 spread over 1.6 square miles, Roscommon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: St. Helen, MI (13 mi), Grayling, MI (13 mi), Prudenville, MI (13 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Grayling, roughly 13 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Roscommon.

Custom Design demand around Roscommon does not stop at the town line. Crews from St. Helen (13 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Roscommon gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Roscommon customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Roscommon customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Roscommon addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Roscommon crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Roscommon crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
