Custom Design delivered to Rose Lodge

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Rose Lodge, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Rose Lodge covers 9.6 square miles of Oregon, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Neotsu, OR (5 mi), Lincoln City, OR (6 mi), Neskowin, OR (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, roughly 81 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Rose Lodge.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Oregon mixes Rose Lodge crews with neighbors like Neotsu, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Rose Lodge gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Rose lodge customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Rose Lodge customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Rose Lodge addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Rose Lodge crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
