From single pieces to full crew runs, Saguache gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Saguache, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 533 spread over 0.4 square miles, Saguache gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Moffat, CO (14 mi), Bonanza, CO (15 mi), Center, CO (23 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Carson sits about 92 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Saguache.
Because Moffat sits only 14 miles from Saguache, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Saguache customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Saguache customers, these three earn their keep.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Saguache customers see.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Saguache addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your saguache crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
