Custom Design delivered to Salyer

Salyer crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Salyer address in 5 to 7 business days.

Salyer covers 5.3 square miles of California, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Trinity Village, CA (3 mi), Willow Creek, CA (6 mi), Burnt Ranch, CA (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 131 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Salyer.

Custom Design demand around Salyer does not stop at the town line. Crews from Trinity Village (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Salyer gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Salyer customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Salyer customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Salyer customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Salyer addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Salyer crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
