Custom designed from scratch gear for Sanctuary businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Sanctuary, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Sanctuary is home to a community of 369 across 0.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Azle, TX (3 mi), Pelican Bay, TX (4 mi), Springtown, TX (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. NAS JRB Fort Worth, around 17 miles from Sanctuary, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sanctuary.
Because Azle sits only 3 miles from Sanctuary, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Sanctuary customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sanctuary customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Sanctuary customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sanctuary addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Sanctuary crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
