From single pieces to full crew runs, Scalp Level gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Scalp Level crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Scalp Level address in 5 to 7 business days.
Scalp Level is home to a community of 728 across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Paint, PA (1 mi), University of Pittsburgh Johnstown, PA (1 mi), Windber, PA (1 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot, around 67 miles from Scalp Level, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Scalp Level.
Custom Design demand around Scalp Level does not stop at the town line. Crews from Paint (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Scalp Level customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Scalp Level customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Scalp Level customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Scalp Level addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your scalp level crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
