From single pieces to full crew runs, Shawmut gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Shawmut

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Shawmut, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Shawmut covers 2.1 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ryegate, MT (13 mi), Golden Valley Colony, MT (13 mi), Springwater Colony, MT (14 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Malmstrom Air Force Base sits about 116 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Shawmut.

Because Ryegate sits only 13 miles from Shawmut, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Shawmut gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Shawmut customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Shawmut customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Shawmut customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Shawmut addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Shawmut crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your shawmut crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
