From single pieces to full crew runs, Shell gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Shell, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 1.1 square miles of Shell sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Greybull, WY (14 mi), Basin, WY (17 mi), Manderson, WY (20 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Ellsworth Air Force Base, around 228 miles from Shell, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Shell.
Custom Design demand around Shell does not stop at the town line. Crews from Greybull (14 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Shell customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Shell customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Shell customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Shell addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
