Custom Design in Shelley, ID.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Shelley gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Shelley

Shelley crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Shelley address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Shelley at about 5,200 people on 1.8 square miles of Idaho, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Basalt, ID (5 mi), Firth, ID (6 mi), Idaho Falls, ID (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Hill Air Force Base sits about 149 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Shelley.

Custom Design demand around Shelley does not stop at the town line. Crews from Basalt (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Shelley gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Shelley customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Shelley customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Here is what Shelley customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Shelley addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Shelley crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Shelley crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
