Custom Design delivered to Shelton

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Shelton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Shelton at about 42,000 people on 30.6 square miles of Connecticut, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Derby, CT (3 mi), Oronoque, CT (3 mi), Daniels Farm, CT (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, West Point sits about 46 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Shelton.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Connecticut mixes Shelton crews with neighbors like Derby, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Shelton gets designed from scratch

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Shelton customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Shelton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Here is what Shelton customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Shelton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Shelton crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
