Custom Design delivered to Slatedale

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Slatedale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.3 square miles of Slatedale sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Slatington, PA (3 mi), Walnutport, PA (3 mi), Bowmanstown, PA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Tobyhanna Army Depot, roughly 46 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Slatedale.

Custom Design demand around Slatedale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Slatington (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Slatedale gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Slatedale customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Slatedale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Slatedale addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Slatedale crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your slatedale crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
