Custom Design delivered to St. James

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For St. James, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 8.4 square miles of St. James sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Convent, LA (2 mi), Welcome, LA (3 mi), Romeville, LA (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is NAS JRB New Orleans, roughly 52 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in St. James counted against your roster.

Because Convent sits only 2 miles from St. James, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What St. James gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. St. james customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks St. James customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to St. James addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your St. James crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your St. James crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
