Custom Design for Staples: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Staples, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Staples to the other, 4.3 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Coleytown, CT (2 mi), Westport Village, CT (2 mi), Greens Farms, CT (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is West Point, roughly 39 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Staples.
Custom Design demand around Staples does not stop at the town line. Crews from Coleytown (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Staples customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Staples customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Staples customers see.

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your staples crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
