Custom Design delivered to Stonewall

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Stonewall, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Stonewall is home to a community of 216 across 1.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bayboro, NC (2 mi), Alliance, NC (4 mi), Grantsboro, NC (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. MCAS Cherry Point, around 18 miles from Stonewall, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Stonewall.

Because Bayboro sits only 2 miles from Stonewall, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Stonewall gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Stonewall customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Stonewall customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Stonewall customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Stonewall addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Stonewall crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Stonewall crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
