Custom Design delivered to Town and Country

Town and Country crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Town and Country address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.2 square miles of Town and Country sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Country Homes, WA (1 mi), Spokane, WA (4 mi), Mead, WA (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fairchild Air Force Base, around 4 miles from Town and Country, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Town and Country counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Town and Country does not stop at the town line. Crews from Country Homes (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Town and Country gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Town and country customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Town and Country customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Town and Country customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Town and Country addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Town and Country crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Town and Country crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
