From single pieces to full crew runs, Trappe gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Trappe crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Trappe address in 5 to 7 business days.
Trappe is home to about 1,300 people across 2.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Algonquin, MD (6 mi), Choptank, MD (6 mi), Oxford, MD (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Naval Academy Annapolis, roughly 32 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Trappe.
Because Algonquin sits only 6 miles from Trappe, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Trappe customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Trappe customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Trappe customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Trappe addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your trappe crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
