From single pieces to full crew runs, Tuttle gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Tuttle, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 58 spread over 0.2 square miles, Tuttle gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Robinson, ND (10 mi), Wing, ND (14 mi), Steele, ND (20 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Minot Air Force Base, roughly 96 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Tuttle.
Custom Design demand around Tuttle does not stop at the town line. Crews from Robinson (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Tuttle customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Tuttle customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Tuttle customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Tuttle addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Tuttle crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
