Custom Design in Udall, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Udall gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Udall

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Udall, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 644 spread over 0.5 square miles, Udall gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Rock, KS (7 mi), Oxford, KS (8 mi), Mulvane, KS (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. McConnell Air Force Base, around 24 miles from Udall, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Udall.

Because Rock sits only 7 miles from Udall, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Udall gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Udall customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Udall customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Here is what Udall customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Udall addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Udall crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
