Custom Design shipped anywhere in Vermont

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Vermont crews, that comes with free design help and delivery to any address in the state in 5 to 7 business days.

We print in one shop and deliver statewide, so a crew in a small Vermont town gets the same quality, pricing, and timeline as one in the biggest city. That includes direct delivery for units at Camp Johnson, and every armory and reserve center in between.

What Vermont crews get designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Vermont customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Vermont customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Vermont customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

What the giants cannot do

They cannot put a designer between your file and the press, so mistakes print. They cannot give your order a person, so problems ticket-queue. And they rarely show the full price until the end. All three are standard practice here, with the written proof as your guarantee instead of a returns page.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to every address in Vermont with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Vermont crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
