Custom Design delivered to WaKeeney

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For WaKeeney, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,700 people spread over 1.8 square miles, WaKeeney gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Ogallah, KS (8 mi), Collyer, KS (13 mi), Ellis, KS (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Riley, around 163 miles from WaKeeney, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in WaKeeney counted against your roster.

Because Ogallah sits only 8 miles from WaKeeney, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What WaKeeney gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when WaKeeney customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among WaKeeney customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what WaKeeney customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to WaKeeney addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your WaKeeney crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your WaKeeney crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
