From single pieces to full crew runs, Washta gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Washta, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Washta at a community of 205 on 1.0 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Quimby, IA (5 mi), Correctionville, IA (7 mi), Pierson, IA (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Offutt Air Force Base, around 98 miles from Washta, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Washta.
Custom Design demand around Washta does not stop at the town line. Crews from Quimby (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Washta customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Washta customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Washta customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Washta addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your washta crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
