Custom Design for Wilmot: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Wilmot, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Wilmot is home to a community of 424 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Corona, SD (7 mi), Peever Flats, SD (9 mi), Peever, SD (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 127 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wilmot.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Wilmot crews with neighbors like Corona, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Wilmot customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Wilmot customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Wilmot customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Wilmot addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Wilmot crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
