Custom apparel delivered to Dewey, Montana in 5 to 7 business days. Low 10 piece minimum, free design help, pack pricing published up front.
Dewey does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Dewey address in 5 to 7 business days.
Dewey covers 0.3 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Wise River, MT (5 mi), Butte-Silver Bow, MT (12 mi), Glen, MT (22 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Malmstrom Air Force Base, around 140 miles from Dewey, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Montana military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Malmstrom Air Force Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Dewey.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
Edge-to-edge jerseys and performance gear with print in the fibers.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Dewey customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dewey customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Dewey customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Dewey addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Dewey group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
