DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Alamo

Alamo crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Alamo address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,800 people spread over 2.0 square miles, Alamo gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Glenwood, GA (7 mi), Scotland, GA (7 mi), McRae-Helena, GA (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Robins Air Force Base, around 60 miles from Alamo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Alamo.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Alamo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Glenwood (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Alamo gets printed in full color

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Alamo customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Alamo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Alamo addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your alamo crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
