DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Antigo

Antigo crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Antigo address in 5 to 7 business days.

Antigo is home to about 8,000 people across 6.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Aniwa, WI (9 mi), Mattoon, WI (11 mi), Birnamwood, WI (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 116 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Antigo.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Wisconsin mixes Antigo crews with neighbors like Aniwa, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Antigo gets printed in full color

Full-color artwork

Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Antigo customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Antigo customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Antigo customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Antigo addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Antigo crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
