DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Arial

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Arial, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Arial to the other, 4.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Easley, SC (4 mi), Pickens, SC (5 mi), Liberty, SC (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Jackson, around 113 miles from Arial, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Arial.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of South Carolina mixes Arial crews with neighbors like Easley, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Arial gets printed in full color

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Small-batch merch

Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Arial customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Arial customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Arial addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Arial crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Arial crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
