Custom printed in full color gear for Atlantic businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Atlantic crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Atlantic address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 6,800 people spread over 8.3 square miles, Atlantic gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Marne, IA (6 mi), Lewis, IA (7 mi), Wiota, IA (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Offutt Air Force Base sits about 48 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Atlantic counted against your roster.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Atlantic does not stop at the town line. Crews from Marne (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Atlantic customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Atlantic customers, these three earn their keep.
Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Atlantic customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
The timeline to Atlantic addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Atlantic crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
