DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Bells

Bells crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bells address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,500 people spread over 2.1 square miles, Bells gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Savoy, TX (3 mi), Whitewright, TX (7 mi), Tom Bean, TX (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is NAS JRB Fort Worth, roughly 79 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Bells.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Texas mixes Bells crews with neighbors like Savoy, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Bells gets printed in full color

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Small runs from 10 pieces

A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bells customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bells customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Bells customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Bells addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Bells crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Bells crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
