From single pieces to full crew runs, Big Lake gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Big Lake

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Big Lake, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 73 spread over 1.7 square miles, Big Lake gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Fortescue, MO (2 mi), Bigelow, MO (4 mi), Rulo, NE (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Leavenworth sits about 57 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Big Lake.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Big Lake crews with neighbors like Fortescue, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Big Lake gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Full-color artwork

Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Big lake customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Big Lake customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Big Lake customers see.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Big Lake addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Big Lake crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your big lake crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
