Custom printed in full color gear for Blue Rapids businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Blue Rapids crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Blue Rapids address in 5 to 7 business days.
Blue Rapids is home to a community of 924 across 2.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Waterville, KS (5 mi), Marysville, KS (11 mi), Barnes, KS (12 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Riley, around 46 miles from Blue Rapids, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Blue Rapids.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Blue Rapids does not stop at the town line. Crews from Waterville (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Blue Rapids customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Blue Rapids customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
