From single pieces to full crew runs, Bray gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Bray

Bray crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bray address in 5 to 7 business days.

Bray is home to a community of 995 across 61.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Marlow, OK (8 mi), Duncan, OK (12 mi), Velma, OK (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Sill, roughly 34 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Bray.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Bray crews with neighbors like Marlow, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Bray gets printed in full color

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Mixed-design orders

Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Bray customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bray customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Bray addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Bray crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bray crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
