Buena Vista County crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Buena Vista County spans 575 square miles and holds about 21,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
The county has one shop for this now, and it happens to be nationwide. Free proofs from real designers, written approval before production, and door delivery anywhere in Buena Vista County.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Buena vista county customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Buena Vista County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Buena Vista County customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
