From single pieces to full crew runs, Bullard gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Bullard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Bullard is home to about 4,800 people across 4.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Shadybrook, TX (7 mi), Emerald Bay, TX (7 mi), Whitehouse, TX (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Barksdale Air Force Base sits about 101 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Bullard.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Texas mixes Bullard crews with neighbors like Shadybrook, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Bullard customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Bullard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Bullard customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Bullard addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Bullard crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
