DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Cambria

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Cambria, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Cambria is home to a community of 766 across 1.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Friesland, WI (4 mi), Randolph, WI (5 mi), Doylestown, WI (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 89 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cambria.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Cambria does not stop at the town line. Crews from Friesland (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cambria gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Full-color artwork

Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Small-batch merch

Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cambria customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cambria customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Cambria customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Cambria addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Cambria crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Cambria crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
