DTG and DTF Printing in Dola, OH.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Dola gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Dola

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Dola, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Dola covers 0.8 square miles of Ohio, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Dunkirk, OH (3 mi), Ada, OH (7 mi), McGuffey, OH (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Wright-Patterson AFB, around 74 miles from Dola, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Dola counted against your roster.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Dola does not stop at the town line. Crews from Dunkirk (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Dola gets printed in full color

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Dola customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Dola customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Dola customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Dola addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Dola crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
