DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Dry Run

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Dry Run, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Dry Run to the other, 4.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Newtown, OH (2 mi), Cherry Grove, OH (2 mi), Mount Carmel, OH (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Wright-Patterson AFB, around 48 miles from Dry Run, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Dry Run.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Ohio mixes Dry Run crews with neighbors like Newtown, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Dry Run gets printed in full color

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full-color artwork

Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Dry run customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dry Run customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Dry Run customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Dry Run addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Dry Run crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
