DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Emma

Emma crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Emma address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Emma at a community of 202 on 0.6 square miles of Missouri, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Concordia, MO (4 mi), Sweet Springs, MO (4 mi), Alma, MO (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Whiteman Air Force Base, around 15 miles from Emma, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Emma.

Because Concordia sits only 4 miles from Emma, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Emma gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Emma customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Emma customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Emma customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Emma addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your emma crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Emma crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
